Digital Marketing & Operations Lead

We are looking for a thoughtful, highly capable Digital Marketing & Operations Lead to help grow the digital brand of Sara Isaković — Olympic silver medalist, performance psychologist, researcher, and author.

Sara works with young athletes, musicians, and parents through online programs, workshops, and educational content focused on confidence, mental resilience, and performing well under pressure.

This is not a typical marketing role.
It is a rare opportunity to help build a purpose-driven digital brand shaped by elite sport, psychology, science, and meaningful real-world impact.

We are looking for someone who can bring together execution, structure, commercial judgment, and ownership — someone who can take responsibility for the operational side of digital growth and help create the conditions for the brand to scale with quality.
